Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your BURTRAN device. If you’re not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.
Eligibility & return window
- Items must be returned within 30 days of the delivery date, in their original condition and packaging (including all accessories).
- Applies to all BURTRAN products purchased directly from burtran.com.
- Faulty or damaged items are eligible for a free replacement or full refund at any time within the 1-year warranty period.
How to start a return (steps & processing time)
- Email support@burtran.com with your order number and reason within 30 days of delivery.
- Our team replies within 1–2 business days with a prepaid return label and the return address.
- Pack the item and drop it with the carrier. Once we receive it, we inspect the return within 2–3 business days.
Return shipping cost
Return shipping is free — BURTRAN covers it. We provide a prepaid label, so you pay nothing to send an item back.
Refund method & timing
- After your return is approved, the refund is issued to your original payment method.
- Refunds typically appear in your account within 7–10 business days after approval (exact timing depends on your bank or card issuer).
- Because US standard shipping is always free, no shipping charge is deducted from your refund — you receive the full product price back.
Exchanges
Prefer an exchange? Let us know in your email and we’ll ship the replacement as soon as we receive your return.
1-Year Warranty
Every BURTRAN device is covered by a 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects. If your device stops working as intended within one year, contact us and we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.
